DESCRIPTION
The R70 self elevating flat head tower crane has a horizontal upper structure without a tower head and tie rods, and is a rigid structure with pin shafts and bolt connections. Quick and convenient installation, very suitable for construction in certain special occasions.
The tower body is a piece structure consisting of 4 pieces, connected by high-strength bolts, making transportation convenient. The connection between the tower bodies is made of Q345B forged inner and outer fishplates and 35Crom pin shafts, which are accurately positioned, safe and reliable.
The lifting mechanism adopts dual speed motor speed regulation, with constant dynamic power speed regulation characteristics and smooth starting and pole changing switching. The current is small, the mechanical impact is small, and the mechanism can rise and fall smoothly and accurately under any load conditions.
The rotary mechanism adopts OMD stepless speed regulation system to ensure smooth starting and braking, and accurate positioning.
The variable amplitude mechanism is directly driven by a single speed torque motor to achieve three stable speeds through voltage regulation control, with low failure rate and easy maintenance.
